Every time I go in for service and maintenance every employee I talk with genuinely seems happy to work there. There was a really nice man there the last time i was in that went out of his way to help get a charge waved from my extended warranty company. They also always tell me what all my options are BEFORE they begin working on my car which is so much better than other dealerships I have been!

Royal Buick GMC Cadillac is always there with the right answers to all my questions. They are accurate, knowledgeable, and quick. Everyone walks around with a smile on their face and wants to be there. This dealership is definitely living up to their “you’re family” standard.
